How does ordering work?

Purchasing from our online shop is easy. First, select the sex doll you want from our range. Then use the configurator to determine the size of the doll (body and breast size). You can find the size of the doll shown in the technical specifications in the product description (below the image).

Our body catalogue can also help you decide on the body shape. Depending on your preferences, you can then select further options, e.g. skin colour, hair, eye colour, etc. Once you have made your selection, add the doll to your shopping basket. Check again that everything has been configured as desired. You will find the weight, delivery time, etc. in the information in the shopping basket.

To place an order, please register as a customer. Specify your preferred payment method and whether you would like delivery or collection. Delivery is always in discreet packaging.

Does the delivery include detailed information about the dolls?

We offer the following information and tips:

Transport boxes are available in our shop.
It is best to store the dolls in a stretched position in the transport box.

Are there ways to warm up the dolls?

Yes, the following options are available:

Heating rod for the vagina.
Some manufacturers, such as Irontechdoll, offer heating systems with temperature controls.

Are the dolls waterproof?

Yes, the dolls are waterproof and can be used in the bath or shower. However, please note that water can enter through the openings in the head and feet.

What does ‘stand with bolts’ mean in relation to the feet?

Dolls with ‘stand with bolts’ have special feet that are equipped with bolts. This allows the dolls to stand on their own.

What distinguishes articulated fingers from normal fingers?

Articulated fingers: Movable fingers with joints.
Normal fingers: Simple construction with wires.

What is the difference between EVO and EXP skeletons?

The EXP skeleton offers greater range of motion, e.g. in the shoulders, arms and hips. The EVO skeleton has less flexible joints.

What are the differences between breast types?

Without cavity: Firm breasts, for those who prefer a firmer texture.
Air-filled: Lighter breasts with a softer feel.
Gel-filled: Very realistic in terms of feel and movement. Most customers prefer this option.

How flexible are Zelex Dolls when it comes to changing heads?

All Zelex heads are compatible with each other as the connections are the same. However, please note that there may be differences in skin colour. Zelex heads can also be ordered individually.

The following applies to the oral opening:

If a movable jaw is specified, the opening is flexible.
Without this specification, a simple, soft opening is available.

Are oral sex options not possible with many Zelex dolls?

Many Zelex Dolls have the following description:

‘Openings: Oral: - Vaginal: 17 cm Anal: 16 cm.’

This does not mean that there is no oral opening. All Zelex Dolls come with an oral opening as standard, unless you opt for a hard head with implanted hair. In this case, there is no oral opening.

How flexible are Real Dolls?

You can move our dolls almost like a human being. However, you should bear in mind that your doll cannot help you with this.

Therefore, do not force any positions if you feel strong resistance.

How should the Real Doll be cleaned and cared for?

In general, you can wash your doll with the same shower gels that you use for yourself. Mild care products, pH-neutral shower gels, antibacterial soap, etc.

Lukewarm water temperatures up to a maximum of 40°C are ideal for cleaning.

The openings can be cleaned with our intimate shower, for example.

Full-body care should be carried out with Penaten baby oil. Afterwards, you can massage your doll with baby powder (talcum powder).

This seals the pores of the TPE and makes the material feel similar to real skin.

Cornflour (cornstarch) is also suitable for powdering.

Every customer who orders a Real Doll from us receives a user manual with information on use, maintenance and cleaning with their delivery.

How are Real Dolls constructed?

Inside the doll is a basic skeleton that functions similarly to that of a human being. It is made of stainless steel and has joints in the feet, hands, knees, elbows, back, shoulders, etc. This allows the love doll to be adjusted as desired and to assume many different positions.

What is included in the standard scope of delivery?

Depending on the manufacturer and current promotion, the following items are included:

Simple cleaning pump
Heating rod (partially)
Small nightdress

The exact contents vary depending on the product.

What are TPE dolls?

TPE (thermoplastic elastomers) are plastics that can be plastically deformed by heating and become elastic again after cooling. TPE is also used in modern medical technology and automotive engineering today. It is a silicone-like material that creates a feeling similar to human skin, soft on the one hand but also very elastic at the same time, which is why our Real Dolls feel so realistic.

TPE dolls are available at a lower price than Real Dolls made of silicone, yet TPE has several advantages over silicone that make it so successful for use in Real Dolls. It stores heat very quickly, creating a pleasant feeling (no cold objects). TPE does not feel as hard as silicone; when you touch and feel the skin, it feels human.

If you are looking for a sex doll that has all the advantages of a classic Real Love Doll, TPE material offers a lot of benefits. With its lifelike feel, the sex doll leaves nothing to be desired and, like all other love dolls, can be pleasured anally, vaginally or orally.
