Shipping Information
All of our deliveries are discreetly packaged without any advertising and are shipped exclusively from our Princessdolls warehouse/showroom in Switzerland (so there are no issues with customs, etc.).
Shipping Costs
The A-Post rate of 9.- CHF applies exclusively to packages with dimensions up to 60x60x100 cm and a maximum weight of 30 kg, including packaging.
The A-Post rate of 69.- CHF is for packages that exceed the dimensions of 60x60x100 cm or have a weight of more than 30 kg, including packaging.
Showroom
You can also pick up your order in person at our showroom and pay in cash if you wish, by appointment.
International Shipments
For international shipments (to neighboring EU countries), please contact us at info@princessdolls.ch. We'll be happy to determine the shipping fees for you.
Pickup
Pickup is generally possible outside of business hours (as well as on weekends) by appointment! Please contact us to arrange a time.
Delivery on a Specific Day
If you'd like your delivery on a specific day (and time), please let us know in the order notes.
Extended Delivery Times
Extended delivery times may occur for special configurations, such as implanted hair. Delays can also happen during holiday seasons (summer, winter) due to large order volumes from the manufacturer, or if customs holds packages for an extended period.
Most of the time, we deliver to you in person. For longer distances, we use a transport service such as Camion Transport, Fedex, UPS, or Post. Discreet shipping!
